Membership Fees and Payment Options
- 12 months of membership – $200.00
- Payroll deduction, check, cashiers check, or money order
- 3 initial months of membership – $120.00
- Check, cashiers check, or money order
- 3 subsequent months of membership – $90.00
- Check, cashiers check, or money order
You can find the payroll deduction form on the ‘How to Join’ tab in the application or as a separate document. For renewing members, Maggie will reach out around a month before your membership expires and will include that form in her email.
Check, cashier check, or money order should be made payable to The Ohio State University. If you are new you can bring this to your initial fitness evaluation. If you are renewing, Maggie will work with you to arrange a time for drop off.

Once we have received your payroll deduction form or payment, we will send you a receipt. This receipt can then be submitted to claim your quarterly reimbursement (if you haven’t already claimed it).
